What Reiki can help

Our Reiki healing sessions offer you a nurturing space to relax, recharge, and support your body’s innate ability to heal itself. They may help to:

  • Promote deep relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety
  • Alleviate physical pain and discomfort, supporting the body’s natural healing process
  • Balance and harmonize the flow of life force energy throughout the body
  • Enhance mental clarity, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth
  • Boost the immune system and promote overall health and vitality
  • Facilitate the release of blocked emotions and negative energy patterns
  • Complement conventional medical treatments for a comprehensive approach to wellness
  • Promote a sense of peace, calm, and renewed energy after each session

Each session is uniquely tailored to your specific energetic needs. It is like hitting a ‘reset’ button, like getting a complete energetic ‘makeover’, and you will feel the inner shift the moment you get up from the table.

Who can benefit from Reiki

Everyone can benefit from Reiki because it is a safe, non-intrusive, non-pharmacological therapy with very few restrictions in time or space. People often view Reiki as an alternative, natural healing. Reiki has gained recognition in recent years as a complementary therapy. More and more clinical and non-clinical practitioners and researchers have published Reiki's effective treatment paper, which has significant benefits for people dealing with depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. In the UK, the integration of Reiki into a nursing student's curriculum has demonstrated its ability to foster a growing understanding of self-care, thereby reducing stress and burnout (Abdurahman & Payne, 2022).

During Reiki session
The practitioner places hands on or above the client's body parts, allowing energy to flow to the client. A human body contains seven chakras, ranging from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Practitioners typically place their hands on these seven chakras, but they often extend their guidance to other parts of the body, including the arms and legs. Practitioners typically place the client on their back or in a sit-down position, reikiing the front parts of the body. However, depending on the individual's needs, the required techniques, or their intuition, they may also reiki the client's back.
